Chief Executive Officer
Perry DuBose worked alongside his father and founder William Perry DuBose in all aspects of the business after returning from a tour in Vietnam in the United States Marine Corp. He attended college in Sacramento, California. Perry quickly assumed responsibility for management of all operations of the company.
As the company grew so did the number of employees. Today the combined companies employ approximately 200 employees.
Throughout his tenure, Perry has been instrumental in developing new customers, products, services and expanding the geographic footprint of the organization from one location, to now six. Today, he provides strategic direction and insight to the executive management team across the National family of companies.

Jeff Paul joined the company in 1976 after graduating from Northwestern Military and Naval Academy in Lake Geneva WI. Throughout his tenure, Jeff has been instrumental in developing new customers, products, services and expanding the geographic footprint of the organization from one location, to now six. Today, he provides strategic direction and insight to the executive management team across the National family of companies. Jeff is actively involved in MHEDA.

Jeff enjoys playing guitar, drums, spending time at the family’s farm, fishing, boating and riding Harley Davidson motorcycles.
Director of Strategy and Innovation
Steve grew up in the material handling industry and started working at National Lift Truck during summers at the age of 11. Since then he spent 10 years moving around the different departments learning all facets of the business. After 10 years of service he left the company to gain a new perspective on life & his career and began working in the tech industry. During this time he gained great insight and knowledge on corporate strategy and executive leadership. Recently at the end of 2014, he rejoined the National team to help lead the National family of companies to new heights.

John is a huge Disney fan and enjoys spending time in Florida.
Vice President
Tom worked in the aerial lift and material handling industry for 33 years. He joined National Lift Truck in 2000 to transform company from a rent-to-rent business model into a rent-to-sell philosophy. He was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI; married to Brenda Sterling Smith with six children and currently resides in western suburbs of Chicago. He holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. Tom is also the Past President of the Illinois Equipment Distributors Association, and actively involved in MHEDA, ASA and ARA.

Tom enjoys wildlife, travel and sports photography. He also loves spring fishing on the Wolf River and fall deer hunting in Iola, WI.
Executive Director of Operations
Mark is a genuine, passionate, high energy equipment industry executive with over 25 years of experience. He started in the industry after serving honorably in the United States Marine Corps. He is a Certified Master Mechanic, and worked his way up the industry ladder over his tenure, performing in many different roles including Technical Trainer, Service & Parts Manager, Outside Sales, and Branch Operations Manager. Mark has served on many specialized teams and large projects throughout his career. He has a hard work ethic that is driven by his passion for operational excellence. He holds a Communications Degree and is a well seasoned Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Mark provides hands on leadership, well rounded expertise and direction for all locations across the National family of companies.

Outside of work Mark is an avid Bass fisherman and goes fishing as often as possible during his off time. He also enjoys reading books, outdoor activities, cooking, and spending time with his family and schnauzer.
Branch Manager – National LIft Truck, Inc., Franklin Park, Il
Bruce is a home grown success story for National Lift Truck. In the beginning of his career he started working on the dock. Since then he has focused on professional development and mastering the the science and art of equipment rental operations. He currently manages our growing fleet of 2,500+ pieces of equipment and a large team of employees.

Bruce has seven children and once worked as a DJ at a Jazz radio station.
