Are you a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for building lasting customer relationships? Join our dynamic sales team as an Inside Sales Representative and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for our material handling equipment and services.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Experience in Inside Sales: A background in managing incoming leads, generating new leads, and account management working with our field sales teams with a focus on long-term customer relationships.
- Industrial Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with forklifts, scissor lifts, or similar equipment is highly preferred, however we provide industry training.
- CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce for managing leads, tracking opportunities, activity management and maintaining customer data.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Accurate and efficient data entry and reporting to support sales goals.
- Lead Generation Expertise: Proven ability to prospect and help convert leads into loyal customers.
- Additional Responsibilities: Flexibility to undertake any additional duties assigned as per business needs.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven inside sales experience in a related industry, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Self-Motivation: Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
Work Environment
- Mainly office-based, some walking required with occasional visits to warehouse/shop settings
Physical Requirements
Mobility: Frequent walking in both shop and office environments.
Comfort: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk may be required.

Compensation Package:
- Salary $53,000/year plus commissions and bonuses. Target income is between $65,000-$80,000 a year uncapped.
