OSHA Certified Telehandler Training

Ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency on the job with our OSHA-certified rough terrain telehandler training courses. Our expert-led courses are designed to equip operators with the skills and knowledge needed to safely handle telehandlers. Whether you need to certify your team or renew an existing certification, our flexible training programs are designed to meet your specific needs through a combination of classroom and hands-on training at our facilities in Illinois, Tennessee, Arkansas or on-site at your location.

ABOUT OUR Telehandler TRAINING COURSES

  • Class Format: Our program includes classroom training led by an experienced instructor, including a presentation and videos, followed by a multiple-choice test and hands-on operator instruction on the equipment. Certificates of completion and wallet cards are provided upon successful completion of the course.

  • Hours: Classes are approximately 4-hours long and held Monday through Friday at 8:00 a.m.. Later start times can be accommodated by request.

  • Cost: $250 per person, per program for Operator Training. $995 per person, per program for Train-the-Trainer certification.

  • Locations: Classes are held in-person at our training facilities located at our branches in Franklin Park, IL, Little Rock, AK, and Memphis, TN. We also offer on-site training at your location.

  • Class Size: There is a maximum of 12 attendees per class. Larger classes may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis and additional trainers may be required.

  • Certification: Upon successful completion of the course and hands-on training, certificates of completion and wallet cards are provided to all trainees. Certifications are valid for a period of 3 years.

Telehandler operator training programs are designed to instruct operators, service technicians, delivery drivers, managers/supervisors, installers, and others how to operate the equipment with confidence, safety, and care.

Classes are available on-site at your location or at our facility.

TRAIN-THE-TRAINER CLASSES

If your company has on-going training needs, consider empowering one of your leaders to become an OSHA-certified instructor with our Train-the-Trainer program, available for aerial, forklift, or telehandler equipment. This course is designed to teach safety directors, training mangers, risk management personnel, or another member of your team the skills and knowledge needed to lead operator training courses within your organization.

By certifying your own in-house trainers, you can streamline your organization’s safety training, reduce costs, and maintain a safe working environment.

The course includes classroom instruction covering a wide range of required topics and safety-related information, as well as hands-on operation of the equipment. Participants receive a Trainer’s manual, handouts, resource information for applicable industry standards and OSHA regulations. Certificates of completion and wallet cards are provided for successful trainees.
