RECEIVE A CUSTOMIZED SOLUTION
After discussing your needs and gathering all necessary information, one of our rental coordinators will provide you with a quote, customized for your unique needs. For more complicated lifting jobs, our team can visit your site to assess your unique challenges and determine the right equipment solution. We are experts at tackling even the toughest jobs!
Step 3
DELIVERY TO YOUR SITE
Upon approving the quote, our rental team will finalize your rental contract, ensure we have up-to-date account information, coordinate with our service department to prep the equipment, and arrange on-time delivery to your job site through our National Specialized Hauling team.
Step 4
COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT
Our team is available 24/7 to provide support during your rental. If you have any questions or need extend your rental, just give us a call. Should any repairs or maintenance be needed during long-term, multi-month rentals, we have a team of field technicians on call to keep you going.

Do you require reservations?
We prefer to have 24-hour advance notice, but we can often accommodate same-day requests. Please Call Us for urgent rental requests.
What areas do you serve?
Our service area extends approximately 200 miles around each of our full-service facilities in Franklin Park, Illinois, Memphis, Tennessee, Little Rock, Arkansas, and Middletown, New York. We service the greater Chicago area and all of northern and central Illinois, NW Indiana, Southern Wisconsin, Eastern Iowa, Southwest Michigan, Missouri, Central Arkansas, Mississippi, and surrounding areas.
We can also coordinate rentals all over the US through our partnerships with local forklift rental shops outside of our service area.
What do I do for an equipment breakdown?
Although we maintain our equipment at the highest standards, breakdowns can happen unexpectedly. But rest assured, our responsive team is available 24/7 to get you back up and running as quickly as possible. Contact our Service Department at (888) 848-4290 for help and we will dispatch our team of field technicians for on-site repairs or exchange the unit as soon as possible to minimize downtime.
I don’t know what forklift I need, can you help?
Our friendly and knowledgeable team specializes in solving even the most complicated material handling jobs. Do you deliver?
Yes. The vast majority of rentals are delivered, with most equipment on-site by 7am.
Do I need to call for pick up?
Yes. When you are finished with your equipment, call our rental department to stop the rental and arrange for pick-up.
How do I extend my rental?
If you need to keep your equipment longer than anticipated, just give our rental team a call and we will adjust your rental contract.

Do I need to have an operator license to operate a forklift?
Yes. We offer forklift training.
Do you offer long-term rentals?
Yes, get our best rates on long-term rentals – discounted rates on rentals longer than a month.
Do you offer short-term rentals?
Yes, daily and weekly rentals as well.
Can I pick up the equipment?
We do offer customer pick-up options but do not provide trailers.
How do you charge for fuel?
Gas and diesel charges are based on consumption, while propane is a flat fee. Our equipment is delivered with a full tank, and you will be charged only for the fuel you use.
